I got a sound system installed in my 2020 CRV and these guys did an amazing job. My car was pretty new then, so they had to adapt to new technology, and the difference is amazing. Joe even took the time to explain to me how sound works and why they designed the system the way they did. They are also musicians, so they *really* get into the technology of sound to ensure your system sounds as good as it possibly can. This morning I have called a lot of car alarm shops prior to calling Absolutely Creative Customs. All of the other shops gave me the run around but not  Absolutely Creative Customs. The owner was very professional and his labor prices are very reasonable. This is the shop that has earned my business. I’m impressed with Joe’s knowledge of car stereo equipment. You can just tell by the way he talks that he knows what he’s talking about and will make good recommendations regarding your car. Even though I was willing to spend more money on my system, he actually recommended that I not make changes that didn’t make sense. This is quite refreshing when other places will encourage you to waste your money on unneeded improvements. Joe charges a fair price for his work. I’d say he’s probably inexpensive compared to other places. Joe has the attitude that the customer is always right. I didn’t get a feature in my system that I thought it came with and Joe cheerfully swapped out the system for a better one with only a small charge. I had Joe install am few things on my wife’s 2008 Acura MDX. He install a viper smartstart, allowing us to remote start the car from our iPhones. And he installed a USAspec unit that allows us to plug in our IPhone’s digitally, directly to the car stereo. He did an excellent job. I’m very meticulous about anything that might be “off” and I couldn’t tell that anything was ever done to the car. We couldn’t be happier. Joe is awesome 🙂 He’s been helping me with my audio systems for the past five years. He is professional, communicates well, is affordable and is just a really nice guy. I started with just a sub, then Joe built me a custom box for it – I’ve had the same one for 3 years. A few months ago, he installed new tweeters and a Bluetooth radio for me – one of the new speakers was cutting out and Joe spent the better part of a week off and on tweaking it for me. My VW’s Turbo went out last week so I’m planning on trading in the car – I got it towed to Joe’s shop, he pulled all the audio out for me and is going to install all of it in my new car.
